Daniele Donà, founder of Gelateria Venezia, asked us to work with him to develop an innovative concept that would bring a touch of New York to Lac Lehman without sacrificing local style.
The soft gelato/frozen yogurt with a self service area (toppings) is an idea designed to offer customers an alternative solution to the classic gelato on a cone, a younger concept, easy to manage, and with the chance to allow maximum product customization, an increasingly popular feature in the food and beverage market.
