Gelato & Coffee: combining two complementary products in a small space
Nyon is a town near Geneva where people can take relaxing walks and go down to the lake to admire the Alps.
Daniele Donà, founder of Gelateria Venezia, asked us to work with him to develop an innovative concept that would bring a touch of New York to Lac Lehman without sacrificing local style.
The soft gelato/frozen yogurt with a self service area (toppings) is an idea designed to offer customers an alternative solution to the classic gelato on a cone, a younger concept, easy to manage, and with the chance to allow maximum product customization, an increasingly popular feature in the food and beverage market.
